Hello all,
All right guys, so here I am known for writing long emails and this time as well, will try to come-up to your expectations.
.. I just can't truly understand why I am drafting this email; but one thing is for sure true that I am gonna miss the quality time spent with you all. I had never planned to write this parting note and wanted to be a little different from mass-public and go the news-article way. But, later something dragged me and pushed me to start typing these words straight from the bottom of my heart. While I sit to draft this mail, I am totally blanked out as what to pen down..
Though with most of you, there had always been a gap or distance in the communication we had in the past but I have realized the charisma of your presence whenever you all used to be around. I am a little nervous and a little confused about this email and little worried while thinking about the repercussion of leaving you all here. Not very sure how the next phase of my life will teat me .
In general, I pretend to be very pragmatic and practical individual but in true sense I am an emotional stupid LL....!! I am still not able to think about what there beyond this team, this place, we FRENZ...!!
Anyways. 'CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT THING" and hence I have to leave. After around two and a half years of exciting and memorable stint with Evalueserve, I am bidding adieu next week to this company to pursue other career opportunities. As I move on, I would like to take a moment to remember and cherish our times together. With many of you, I have shared a unique camaraderie which I hope will continue in the years to come even though I shall not be here with the company. Even though I will miss you all here, I am looking forward to this new position that brings forth new challenges and adds more diverse experience to my career.
Furthermore, let me grab the opportunity to thank you all for being a great team to work with all these years. It has been an amazing working with you all these years and I will miss your enthusiasm, perseverance, and the 'never say die' spirit and of course the talent that you brought to our group. I thank you for all your support throughout and hope you continue to extend your cooperation to the current leadership teams and the succeeding manager. I wish you all, my fellow partners and everyone in the larger EVS family, all the very best.

Ankur - Ankur baba.. hmmm.. 'Mr.ATTITUDE', dost you have all the right ingredients to reach corporate heights in your career. You have always been very nice and supporting with me and would suggest remaining the same as you are now. One more thing was peculiar about you was your unique way of embellishing things/comments about me. In general, I never appreciated or was able to digest them all. But at heart, I think you are a nice person. Please work little around finding a difference between 'Assertiveness' and 'Arrogance' and striking a balance there.
Deepali aka 'Deepu' - Deepu dear.. you are such a darling and has always been nice to me. I am still carrying some faded memories of the first project we did together for the pharma client (*client confidentiality J ). The time we spent fire-fighting on the project, resolving issue between Aman and Bidisha (jus one instance) and than later discuss tensions and pressure situations about our respective projects >>> liaison with Priya, Anubhav, Ravi and Pratyush about your transition to the new team etc etc etc. One things Deepu, try to be a little more aggressive in your career and create your own space in the team.
Davide - 'The funny Bone'; At time I used to call you 'Italian Sardar' (Please take this in right spirit, this is not to offend any person, individual or group). You have you unique ways to bugging everyone and anyone in the team or outside the team. But one thing I really admire about you is you enormous patience and perseverance blended with you enthusiasm to crack any deal. Davide, please try to be a little concise and crisp in your communication. please Davide for heaven sake. JJJ

Aadi - Definitely designed by god in 'fursat'; never has chance to interact with any such personality who is really beautiful at his heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone, self motivated individual who takes up responsibility and always to tries to do justice with it. I remember the first time when I interacted with this guy while I was in London. Bhaker times had introduced me with this charismatic person called 'Chotu'. I had no clues that this guy is going to take such an important place in my life..!!! I love you dost and will always remember all the small and big favors you have done for me....... (hey guys..please .. No DOSTANA.. . hmmm...!!!) Please stay in touch.
Das Babu - Babu Moshay hmm.. ki holo.??? Ami ektu ektu Bangla bolte padi.. he heJJ. Das babu is really a nice person at his heart and is always ready to help others. Thoda sentimental hain Das babu.. Hamesha khafa ho jate hain if we don't call him for lunch or any party. But you realize a fact that, sometimes the gathering is restricted to a particular group or connection and not public - Not sure if you can try and understand the fact but give it a serious thought. But kuch bhi ho. Das Babu is Das Babu.. No cloning possible .. N ye jaldi maaf bhi kar dete hain humari galtiyan JJJ

I remember the day when you came to London and we walked together along with Tau d gr8 on the streets of London at midnight. JJ It was lovely working with you. Appu - Mr.KK, dost one of the old timer... thanks a lot dear for your friendship and all the favors. Mujhe aaj bhi yaad hai that day when you offered my to drop at Rohini JJ, he he.. arre koi nahi dost.. I do understand. Aur haan bindaas raha kar. kaam ke sath-sath frenz and family bhi important hai.. thoda time humein bhi de diya kar. bahut hi selected parties mn jaate ho aap hmmm... anyways dost.. all the very best for a bright future.

I remember that doctor's comment in GOA ki ye nautanki kar rahi hai. kuch nahi huya hai isko. aaj bhi tera phone number mere cell mn 'Nautanki C' naam se saved hai. To ghar ke sabse bade bache.. I am really impressed by your sense of responsibility for the family. Tussi great ho dear...!! Chahe log kitna bhi tujhe bacha ya chota samajh len.. but you really display you maturity wherever required. Aur haan, when I came back from London, I really wanted to interact with you as you were the most fun loving, tension-free, cool, bubbly girl in the OKC but there was no connection. Finally when we became good friends then u changed quite a bit.. dost can the OKC get the old Sangeeta who used to create a 'very hansi-khushi ka Mahaul' all around similar to our great old frnd.. So patte khelne hain kya.. kabhi baithte hain purani jodi.'black queen' khelenge aur jo jeetega wo decide karega ki game continue hoga ya nahi. he he.. dost I still remember those initial days when u started working in Business team and then moved to Siebel team.. yaad hai wo din when trip was finalized for Siebel team for extensive long training in the UK. khair. aur wo din jab aap gusssa ho gaye te mujhse B'gham mn aur mera saamaan utha ke phenk diya tha. but kuch bhi ho.. u are a great person, thoda sa self centered ho .. but chaloge.. Sachin Bhaau - Sachin bhaau.. a unique and unpredictable person, cares for his friends and near ones' in his own unique way. Sir jee hamesha update rehte ho aap.. n internet to aapki roti-sabji hai... JJ Thoda serious rehta hai dost. log darte hain aapki is khaamoshi se.!!
Kaustav - 'The Man with the Specs stand' - Nice dress-sense and impressive overall personality, bad luck of gals ki u r already married.. Kafi logon ko pasand ho aap boss.. Bach ke rehna. he he. Anyways, though haven't interacted much with you but have always heard positive words about you.
Irfan urf 'Bhai-Jaan' - The last but not the least bhai-jaan..!! Boss, truly there are things for which I admire you which includes you pragmatism and skills around expectation management both internal and external. I have learned a lot of things from you in the due course of time. Though our personal connection wasn't that great sometime back, but probably that was due to lack of proper communication. It was a great experience working with you where I learnt lots of things especially to face lots of different situations. I remember the first communication we had over phone when I was in London over that email which I had sent you for some issue. At that point in time I was really impressed by your maturity level and way of communicating things to me. Also similar experience I had while discussing the first evaluations. Later I was a little depressed in the last evaluations but no regrets, this is how life goes, one never gets what he plans for or wants in life.
On the lighter side, I really love your Ferrrari 'The Car', jus love driving it, log kitna bhi mazzak uda len but, unless-untill it's running and making us reach the destination it's jus SUPERB. Sir jee, thoda to bachon pe daya kijiye, ache hain saare very dedicated professionals. Shayad a communication gap hai team and aap ke beech, which can be bridged very easily and can have a very positive result.
Doston, will definitely gonna miss the good time we spent with each other! This is not a goodbye, only "hasta luego" or "see you later". Do stay in touch.

Abhinay - Mr.Purnalay, kitna kaam karte ho yaar.. Pure time busy busy...! Though we haven't interacted a lot but I really admire you for your simplicity. I still remember that offsite when we went to Corbett together along with Sunil babu, Appu etc.
Mohit - Sharma Ji aka 'Taklu#1' jyada pange mat liya kar....! tu bahut seedha saadha bacha hai dost...!! Keep you eyes and ears open... And act accordingly.!!!
Sangeeta aka 'Nautanki' - Arrre ye to sach-much ki nautanki hai... I remember that doctor's comment in GOA ki ye nautanki kar rahi hai. kuch nahi huya hai isko. aaj bhi tera phone number mere cell mn 'Nautanki C' naam se saved hai. To ghar ke sabse bade bache.. I am really impressed by your sense of responsibility for the family. Tussi great ho dear...!! Chahe log kitna bhi tujhe bacha ya chota samajh len.. but you really display you maturity wherever required. Aur haan, when I came back from London, I really wanted to interact with you as you were the most fun loving, tension-free, cool, bubbly girl in the OKC but there was no connection. Finally when we became good friends then u changed quite a bit.. dost can the OKC get the old Sangeeta who used to create a 'very hansi-khushi ka Mahaul' all around similar to our great old frnd.. Ekta Madame - Dost..My dear CMee.. I jus came recollect when we became friends and it's true that we haven't interacted a lot, but I feel a connection between us and think our friendship will remain intact for years to come.

Ye snacks party ka trend bahut hi galat shuru huya hai... !! waise kuch bhi ho apko chidane mn bahut maja aata tha.. he he he JJ especially jab aapki nayi-nayi seat change huyi thi, aur jo long back aapne Aadi ko bolte te about trackers and all. aur jab aap-pe khud traker ki jimmedaari aa gayi thi,,, he he he. but kuch bhi I still remember that night after we partyed at staying alive and then Daaru peke aap kuch jyada hi senti ho rahe te.. Anu Amma - Aaiy-aaiy yo. Ammma..!! So BHD ki haal chaal.!! Waise sach mn badal gaye ho aap dost.. but thnx a lot for wonderful sambhar, idlis etc in office and delicious food @Birmingham...!! So patte khelne hain kya.. kabhi baithte hain purani jodi.'black queen' khelenge aur jo jeetega wo decide karega ki game continue hoga ya nahi. he he.. dost I still remember those initial days when u started working in Business team and then moved to Siebel team.. yaad hai wo din when trip was finalized for Siebel team for extensive long training in the UK. khair. aur wo din jab aap gusssa ho gaye te mujhse B'gham mn aur mera saamaan utha ke phenk diya tha. but kuch bhi ho.. u are a great person, thoda sa self centered ho .. but chaloge.. He he.. kuch sikho apni bachi se.. aur plzzz consumer team mn apna terror thoda kam kar lo....... bahut darti hai janta aapse..!! J
Sachin Bhaau - Sachin bhaau.. a unique and unpredictable person, cares for his friends and near ones' in his own unique way. Sir jee hamesha update rehte ho aap.. n internet to aapki roti-sabji hai... JJ Thoda serious rehta hai dost. log darte hain aapki is khaamoshi se.!!
Kaustav - 'The Man with the Specs stand' - Nice dress-sense and impressive overall personality, bad luck of gals ki u r already married.. Kafi logon ko pasand ho aap boss.. Bach ke rehna. he he. Anyways, though haven't interacted much with you but have always heard positive words about you.
Irfan urf 'Bhai-Jaan' - The last but not the least bhai-jaan..!! Boss, truly there are things for which I admire you which includes you pragmatism and skills around expectation management both internal and external. I have learned a lot of things from you in the due course of time. Though our personal connection wasn't that great sometime back, but probably that was due to lack of proper communication. It was a great experience working with you where I learnt lots of things especially to face lots of different situations. I remember the first communication we had over phone when I was in London over that email which I had sent you for some issue. At that point in time I was really impressed by your maturity level and way of communicating things to me. Also similar experience I had while discussing the first evaluations. Later I was a little depressed in the last evaluations but no regrets, this is how life goes, one never gets what he plans for or wants in life.
On the lighter side, I really love your Ferrrari 'The Car', jus love driving it, log kitna bhi mazzak uda len but, unless-untill it's running and making us reach the destination it's jus SUPERB. Sir jee, thoda to bachon pe daya kijiye, ache hain saare very dedicated professionals. Shayad a communication gap hai team and aap ke beech, which can be bridged very easily and can have a very positive result.
Doston, will definitely gonna miss the good time we spent with each other! This is not a goodbye, only "hasta luego" or "see you later". Do stay in touch.
